fill the bathtub with 35°c (95°f) hot water and add 5 drops of lavender oil. put your legs into the water for 20 minutes. keep adding hot water. up to a maximum water temperature of 40°c (104°f). dry feet, put warm socks on and rest for 30 minutes.
