recipe and instruction
make 2.5 liters of water with cardamom capsules and cloves (15 each) and a crushed cinnamon stick boil in a pot. leave on low heat to draw for about 20 minutes. stir in 4 tablespoons of honey and 400ml of milk. let it simmer for another 10 minutes. put black tea in a tea filter and place it on top of a preheated teapot. douse with one liter of hot water. allow to draw for 7 minutes. pour the three liters of spiced tea in a ratio of 3:1 together with the one liter of black tea into tea cups. alternatively, serve in a preheated jug.
