The aim of this workshop is to reveal the quality of success and the network behind it.Farid Zitoun, one of the founders of the Bottrop Natural Health Center, has had a decisive influence on the work of the center since its foundation in the mid-1990s. As an expert and recognized pioneer, he vividly and skillfully passes on his many years of successful experience in this workshop.

This advanced training workshop covers skilled practical and quality management as well as marketing strategy aspects and legal principles. Together, these are the key competencies for satisfiedPeople. Quality management means goal-oriented work according to self-imposed standards.

In naturopathic practice in particular, there are good reasons for professional quality management in addition to the legal obligation (§ 135a SGB V (1)) – whether from a moral or ethical point of view. Treatment and quality goals as well as cost coverage can be better achieved through such a system, which ultimately contributes significantly to higher patient satisfaction. Stringent and optimized processes in administration, diagnostics, andtherapyare just as important as the balanced use of all resources.
