Less is more when it comes to sustainability – and good for our earth
Naturheilzentrum Bottrop has been committed to the issue of sustainability ever since its foundation. Sustainability means living and acting in a way that preserves our earth as the basis for life in the future. If we continue to live beyond our means, our valuable ecosystem is in danger of collapse.
The good thing is: With just a few adjustments, everyone can help make everyday life more sustainable. It doesn’t always have to be major sacrifices. Learn more soon in the News section of the nabo website.
Hand on heart: Who has ever given much thought to how much waste each of us actually produces in our everyday lives? Statistics show that the volume of waste is increasing steadily. How about: No waste at the day-to-day level – zero waste? Learn more about this in the linked article.
Greater sustainability has demonstrably also has a positive impact on health. Less car, and instead more exercise. Less contact with substances in plastic that may have as yet unexplained effects on our health. By this means you can profit both directly and in the long term.
